Entry agak basi, sebab dah 3 minggu tertunggak. 3 minggu yang menduga perasaan dan stamina. (I think mommies will make a better coach for any sports team, mommies got endless energy and stamina, and very strong mind too. they aren't easily fiddled by opponents. So, MUFC, consider hiring a women as your new manager)
Kami nikah 31/5/2003, when I was 23 years young. 10 tahun dah berlalu, Allah bless us with 5 kids, 4 surviving ones. Memandangkan angkanya adalah 10, so tahun nih, OH bawak kami anak beranak ke Penang.. Menyelam sambil minum air. Cuti dulu di Penang sebelum travel ke Jitra attend wedding husband's cousin.
Hotel booking semua husband uruskan. We stayed at The Gurney Hotel & Resort. Booking through Agoda. I requested OH to get a spacious room, so that boleh bentang spread and the kids (Afiq & Adib) can golek-golek saje tidur atas lantai. Aidin & Arfa tu adalah my permanent handbag. Kat mana mommy dia tido, kat situla diorang menyelit.
Started the journey pretty late. salahkan OH yang masih buat kerja office time nak gerak. Packing semua I dah buat awal-awal. Ye la, I have to pack for all 4 kids and myself. OH, since kawen, memang dia akan pack sendiri, because he git his own mind when packing. :P Packed some pasta for lunch, grapes and packed raisins as well as crackers for snacks, (trying to be healthy) in the car.
Journey was smooth. Arfa slept on and off. so did aidin.
before we head to Island, we singgah sekejap dekat Bukit Mertajam, Cheruk To'Kun to be exact. Ni kampung arwah maktok husband. Yang ada was husband's uncle. Tak singgah rumah pun, just jumpa kat laman masjid. He advise us jangan tido situ, sebab denggi is on the rise. Lepas tu terus make way to island. Tak sempat nak tapau Mee Kuah. #lap air liur jap.
sampai je hotel, check in and rest sekejap. Lepas tu terus buru budak-budak mandi & siap for dinner. By the time sampai dah lewat dah for pool etc. The hotel was nice. OH requested a newly furbished room. aircond adalah split unit, which I like. sebab senang nak control temperature. Bathroom ada jacuzzi, sukalah budak-budak.
We made a move to ntah apa nama mall tu dekat dengan G hotel. Takkan nak celebrate anniversary makan nasi kandar kan? hehe. So Oh suggest gi makan Chili's. ke Chili's la kami. Pung pang pung pang makan, terus singgah grocery and balik hotel. Semua dah lunyai kepenatan travel from south to north.
